Stir fried chicken with lemongrass


  • Chicken: 500gr
  • Fish sauce: 2 spoon
  • Ginger: 1 bulb
  • Seasoning: ½ spoon
  • Pepper: ½ spoon
  • Lemongrass: 2
  • Chili: 4
  • Garlic: 1 bulb
  • Sugar: 4 spoon

Step 1:
Remove the dry skin of citronella, use a knife to shred and chop it. Remove garlic peel, slice and chop. Remove the peduncle of chili and rinse and chop.

Step 2:

Rinse chicken, chop into small pieces. Marinate chicken with a little garlic, minced chili, pepper, fish sauce, sugar, salt. Marinated chicken for about 15 minutes to infuse spices.

Step 3:

Heat the pan, add 2 tablespoons of cooking oil, add some minced garlic to stir fry. Then put the marinated chicken in stir-fry until nearly cooked.

Step 4:

When stir-fried chicken is nearly cooked, put in a mixture of lemongrass, garlic, chili, add a little of curry powder to stir fry until cooked, fragrant chicken means a delicious dish is finished
